Paper Submission

Full Papers

The manuscript is in a two-column format and spans 4 to 6 pages. Manuscripts must be written in English and follow the instructions at Manuscript Formatting and Templates.

To ensure the high quality of the accepted papers, all submissions will be peer-reviewed. Authors who submit manuscripts to the conference proceedings confirm that the content of the manuscript is original. In addition, authorship of a submission also implies that the manuscript has not been previously published in any language, in whole or in part, and is not currently submitted for publication elsewhere.

Abstracts

If you would like to make a presentation without publishing a paper, please just send over an abstract for review. Please prepare your abstract under the template.

ICCSC Paper Submission Process

After submitting your paper to ICCSC, the following steps will be followed to process your submission.

Important: Authors are requested to read these instructions carefully. Before submitting a paper, you must create an account at: ChairConf ICCSC 2027 Portal.

When submitting your manuscript, please ensure that all co-authors are correctly included and that all information is accurate, including author names, affiliations, paper title, and contact details. Certificates and conference records will be generated based on the information provided in the submission system and the conference template.

Submitted Step 1

If the status of your paper is Submitted, it means that your manuscript has been successfully received by the Program Chair and will be assigned to reviewers for evaluation.

Under Review Step 2

If the status of your paper is Under Review, it means that your manuscript is currently being evaluated by expert reviewers.

Revision Requested Step 3

If the status of your paper is Revision Requested, it means that your paper has been accepted by the reviewers and the Program Chair, subject to the required revisions.

In this case, you must:

  • a) Complete Registration: Register for the conference by paying the applicable registration fee according to your category (Registration Fee Details).
  • b) Upload the Revised Manuscript: Prepare and upload the revised version of your paper addressing all reviewer comments.
  • c) Submit the Camera-Ready Version: The Camera-Ready submission portal will be opened to allow authors to:
    • Upload the final version of the paper;
    • Complete the copyright form;
    • Finalize all publication requirements.

Accepted Step 4

If the status of your paper is Accepted, it means that:

  • You have successfully uploaded the revised/final version of your paper;
  • Your registration fee has been received and confirmed.

At this stage, the Program Chair may still contact you if any issues are identified in your submission, such as:

  • Missing or incorrect author information;
  • Affiliation corrections;
  • Copyright-related issues;
  • Similarity or plagiarism concerns;
  • Any other publication-related requirements.

Authors are encouraged to regularly monitor their submission account and email for updates and further instructions from the conference committee.

Paper Presentation

Accepted articles will be invited for oral presentation, depending on the nature and quality of the paper.
